Inappropriate?Hi Jan,
The issue happens on all of the browsers I tested:
Firefox 3.0.14
Firefox 3.5.4
Google Chrome 4.0.223.11
IE 6.0.2900.2180
During my testing I also confirmed that other settings are dropped in the "Include into report" section:
Clients
Users
Time Entries
Exclude Non Billable Tasks
Exclude Billed Time
Display Projects Budgets
Round up time entries to -
Inappropriate?Dallas,
I can only confirm:
-Display Projects Budgets
-Round up time entries to increments of minutes
they will be fixed very soon, but all the other settings are remembered by presets.
Please give us more details:
a) make a printscreen before saving the preset
b) create the preset
c) refresh the page
d) click the preset you just created
e) make a second printscreen
send those print screens to support[at]paymo.biz so we can investigate more.
Thank you -
Inappropriate?I am seeing this too. In the "Include into report" section, it drops Clients, Users, and Round up.

Inappropriate? We can not replicate this, it works for us. Please try to delete the preset and save it again and see if it works this time.

Inappropriate?I just tried your suggestion and am having the same problem. I created a preset with "Clients", "Users" and "Round Up" all checked in the "Include into report". I then navigated to the "Projects" page, then back to the "Reports" page and clicked on the preset. That is when the same result happened with the boxes being unchecked for the three I listed. Everything else seems to stick.

I found the bug and fixed it but it's possible the old presets you have will not work so delete and recreate them again.
Thank you for the feedback -
Inappropriate?Ok, one last test:
Delete your browser cache then try again to create a new preset. If it does not work, please send us your account details (subdomain) to support@paymo.biz and we'll take a look at what's going on. -
Inappropriate?Just started using the program today and clicking on "Save as Preset" nothing is saved
-
Can you be more specific?
The only way i can see this happening is if you created the preset with a set of projects then deleted some of them and tried to load the preset. I this case the preset would fail since it can not find the projects it has saved. ( we will look into the issue of deleted projects that the preset can not restore ). Other then that, the presets should be ok -
Inappropriate?I go to the report screen and select the check boxes for the report. I click on "Save as Preset" and look under the heading on the right side "Presets" and nothing is there. I click on "Save as Preset" and look under the heading on the right side again at "Presets" and still nothing there. I repeat this a few times then stop.
