Allow start and end times in Add Bulk Time form

Is it possible to allow start-end time entry in the Add Bulk Time form? So instead of entering '8' I would enter 9:00-17:00.

We do not have plans for this. To achieve functionality this you can always use the desktop or popup widget and you can also click the "add entry" link next to each day
