How to reactivate Paypal Subscription
Paypal restricted my account and verification took too long, so my account was canceled. Now I can't even log in to create reports. I'm supposed to pay my employees tomorrow and I have no idea how to restore my account because you only accept paypal and you haven't sent me instructions telling me how to reactivate the subscription.

Send us us your account details ( subdomain ) over email ( support[at]paymo.biz ) and we'll reactivate your account so that you can reactivate your subscription. -
Irwin, we are referring to your paymo account, NOT paypal (we would never ask you for that).
If you had a "unlimited invoices" subscription, chances are that your subscription was canceled due to failed transactions. In this case you can reactivate the addon/subscription the same way you did it the first time (only this time you can just input your paypal account because you already have one).
If you have a commercial subscription that became inactive, please send us your PAYMO account details (subdomain) and we will take it from there and send you aditional instructions on how to reactivate it.
