Performance charts
Performance charts in the dashboard calculate time for 7 days/week. But I have only 5 working days in my company settings.
It's psychological moment. I always see that I have plenty of unused time despite I work even more than I scheduled.

Xenia,
I did some investigation per your request and here is what i found out.
You had the working day set from 12-17 every day and Monday to Friday set as working days, which is correct, but your user had "Workday Length" set to 6 hours (i see you changed that to 5, graphs take 1-3 hours to update because of the cache). You also have another user setup in your account, he is "archived" but his hours are also added (though they should not be, we'll fix this) he has workday set to 1.
So, your 6 hours + his 1 hour equals to 7 which is what you were seeing.
What you should do is set his "Workday Length" to 0 or delete this user altogether. After this give the graphs a few hours and you will start seeing 5 hour days in graphs.
PS: when contacting us over email (support at paymo.biz) you can use Russian, we know it, but we'll probably answer in English (because of our lack of experience with Russian keyboard layout :)). How ether, if you will contact us using this support interface we would prefer it in English (but not mandatory, we will respond to posts in any language to the best of our abilities) so that it can be helpfully for other users too.

Ksanya,
we think we are calculating it right.
The variables that have an influence on calculating that chart are:
a. Working Days: (company settings)
b. Company Non-working Days (company settings)
c. Workday Length (user settings)
d. User Non-working Days (user settings)
To have the total workable time for a week calculated for 5 days you woud have to have
a. only 5 days checked
b. Saturday and Sunday colored in red ( for this particular week )
c. something like 8 hours
d Saturday and Sunday colored in red ( for this particular week )
(also remember that if you are the admin, the chart displays the performance for all users so if you have 2 users setup in your account ... the total workable time would double)
If you settings are similar to the above and you think the chart is not calculated correctly, send us your account detains over email ( support at paymo.biz ) and we will take a look at this, might be a bug after all

Inappropriate?Thank you, Ruslan.
I checked all my company settings one more time. I have 5 working days. Sat and Sun are marked as non-working
Work-day length is 5 hours (12noon-17pm)
User work-day length is 5 hours too.
I didn't find User Non-working Days in my settings.
I'm the only user of our Paymo account now.
What I see in the chart - 35 hours total per week. It seems that it counts 7 days instead of 5.
May I contact you in Russian next time?
Thank you for your time.
Xenia,
Quadroland

Thanks for explanation.
I don't want to delete a retired user and it's impossible to set his working day length to 0.
I hope you'll fix this issue with calculating "retired" time.

Inappropriate?we fixed this. archived users are no longer considered. tell us if the graphs are ok now
