Time Sheets data gone.
All my data (time sheets...) are gone ,date: Feb 3 2010 ???? yesterday they were present... is it possible to check what happened and maybe put it back from some backup ?

a) are you referring to the to all the data or just to the entries from Feb 2/3.
b) did you by any chance delete any tasks/projects yesterday? -

I have deleted a default task... but not the project - could this have deleted all the time entries (from the whole period i was using paymo: Dec 09 -Feb 10)?

Inappropriate?If you were logging time under that task, then yes, all the entries for it are gone. Send us your account details and we will be able to give a list of all your entries for that task and you will be able to add them using the "add bulk time" form.

the only thing we needed was your subdomain and next time send it over email, no need to disclose that info in this public discussion :) -
Inappropriate?We sent you an email with the entries that were deleted when you deleted that task. You can add them into the system whenever you choose to.
