Work on multiple tasks at the same time
I think it would be nice to support the concept of "multi-tasking".. Often I wil be working on multiple projects at the same time (for example listening on a call for one project while writing documents for another - or AT least differet tasks, not necessarily different projects). I think in some cases it is fair to track multiple time entries for my ability to multi-task.
So, it would be nice to have the time tracker web app and desktop widget allow you to start multiple timers and track notes on each separate timer (task).

Inappropriate?I highly agree. I'm actually VERY happy with everything that this timeposting app offers: http://www.timepost2.com/
I recommend paymo download it and check it out. 3 things I want most for me & my company is
1) multiple time tracking,
2) walk away from computer and when coming back it asks if you want to track that time,
3) quickly show how many hours I've logged this week.
timepost2 (which is a dead project & not supported any longer) does first 2 and i've been using for years now.
So I highly recommend checking it out just to see how it works.

Inappropriate? Also, if considering other tools, I would also look at JIRA. For a starter edition, it only costs $10, which gives you a 10-user license. JIRA was initially created for bug tracking purposes, but they added many time tracking features as well. Now I use it for all of my time tracking. The application is a web-application and you have to have a server for it to be deployed to, but once you have it deployed and running on the web you can download a windows desktop client called Jira Client Lite (which is free) and provides almost all of the features (and a separate time tracker window) that JIRA does. It's pretty cool. http://www.atlassian.com/

Inappropriate?Ok - yeah - But I wanted to state that I am NOT recommending another product. Quite the contrary - I think Paymo looks great thus far.
I just wanted to show you some ideas that were really valuable in other tools that you might consider adopting.
