Working hours settings
Answered
How is the total number of hours per week in the 'Company Performance' sector chart calculated ? It doesn't seem to be from the working days, working hours and the company non working days settings ? It's a fixed 216 hours per month AFAICT.

My hours are stuck at 160 per month. Which means my graphs are always inaccurate. My company is trying to track only our billable hours, which stays 100 per month.

I don't know how to change the hours that the graphs pull from. I've tried changing company hours, or the users work hours... but nothing works.

The messed up part is I have ANOTHER paymo account for a personal business, and the graphs seem to follow the working hours just fine...

For a given time interval (month, week), the company performance chart percentage is computed the following way:

performance = hours worked by company / hours the company should have worked;

hours worked by company = sum of all hours worked by each user;

hours should have worked by company = sum of all hours from each user should have worked;

hours a user should have worked = number of working days multiplied by the work day length of the user (working days are set in "User settings", exceptions from usual working day and holidays are set in "non-working days").

If you had added or deleted an user, this might have an effect on accuracy of performance charts, because charts are computed on the current number of users.

If you still think you have an errorneus display of performance charts, send us an email to support (at) paymo (dot) biz with your company's account details, and will have a look at it.
