This is by design. The milestones are not be saved in a template because in most cases each project has it's own milestones each with it's due date and "person responsible" that are not transferable/repetitive from project to project.

Fixed.
We also added email notifications. When a user is assigned to a task he will receive an email notifying him of that. hope it helps your daily process ;)

If the widget has synced all the time entries to the server (there is no message at the top saying "2 actions to sync") then it's safe to do the following steps:

Note: If possible please send the the Paymo.sqlite files that are being deleted in the process to us (support[at]paymo.biz) for investigation. We would like to see what cuased them to be so big.

1. Stop the widget
2. Locate the file C:\Program Files\Paymo\Paymo.sqlite and delete it
2.a If you are on Win7 or Vista also locate the file c:\Users\YOUR-COMPUTER-USER\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Paymo\Paymo.sqlite and delete it
2.c If you are on mac locate and delete /Users/YOUR_MAC_USERNAME/Library/Preferences/widget-com.tristan.widget.Paymo.3.0.plist
3. Start the widget. At this point you should be presented with the login screen and the error should go away (on mac you will be asked for the API key also).

No ETA at this point mainly because there are not many important bugfixes that need to be pushed into production (actually there are no major bugs that we know off for some time now) and we do not want to push out a new version and have our users make a upgrade because of a few cosmetic/minor changes. – Ruslan, on March 09, 2010 13:57
