Hello Jackie, The time and date changes will only affect newly created users. This is specified in the Company Settings-> Time and date area

I'm new to Paymo and have the same problem. I went into my account settings, changed the date formatting (from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy), clicked on SAVE CHANGES. Nothing happened. Date formatting throughout my pages still not want i want. Can't I modify my account settings when I feel the need to?

Hello Dorrit,

As I said above, these changes only affect newly created users that will be added after the changes were made. In order to change your date format, please go to My Account and make the necessary changes. If you want to change that for other users, you need to go to Users -> select user -> edit -> and change the date format.
