Hello Lucas,
I think you're referring to project templates. In order to do that, you need to go to Projects-> Project Templates and hover over the Task list and Tasks you want to edit and edit them.

In Project Templates, I cannot add a tasklist on a saved template.
I need to create another template with this tasklist and save again, right?

Hi Lucas,
Yes, that is correct, you can only rename Task Lists or add tasks, for new Task Lists you will need to create another project template.

I want to use a saved task list template with a new project. I open the new project task and click "add tasks from template" but nothing happens. Am I understanding the function correctly? How do I use a template for other projects?

you are doing it correctly, this is a bug on our end which will be address very soon, sorry about this.
