Recurring invoice created/send status on Recent Activity stream

Currently the recurring invoices are created and sent but Recent Activity stream messages is kind of broken.
I see:
" Sent by"
" Added by"
It would be nice this was updated to say it was created by automated system or recurring invoice process.... and link to the recurring invoice setup.
