Move save button when making new invoices!

Have a save button near the top, I always find myself on the top portion or the invoice and always have to scroll down.. Might be cool to have a button up top to make it more streamlined! :) All else is awesome keep up the good work! 0- Love Google Checkout ingratiations ~
